Within our project, the practical applicability of outputs is a key priority; therefore, we continuously monitor the ongoing transposition of the EU Platform Work Directive. Project lead Markéta Švarcová recently commented for Hospodářské noviny on one of the debated aspects of the proposal, critically addressing in particular the issue of the notifier’s identity vis-à-vis enforcement authorities and the potential implications of this provision for the enforceability of labour law.
