Markéta Švarcová participated in a conference in Madrid titled Platform Work Directive, Digitalization and AI – Evaluation and National Challenges. At the conference, she presented an analysis of the Czech approach to regulating the platform economy. The subsequent discussion also focused on other regulatory instruments, including the AI Act and the Job Quality Act. The event addressed the impacts of digitalisation and artificial intelligence on the future of labour relations in Europe.
